Agata Koschel graduated Law at Adam Mickiewicz University and she also has a title of master of polish and german law (LL.M) from European University Viadrina. During her current PhD studies on Adam Mickiewicz University she is preparing thesis about unfair contract terms. She is an author of publication concering corporate and company law. She works in anglish and german.
In her practise she focuses on contract law, consumer law, real estate insurance and compensation law.
